The Phase III of Beijing North Investment Yizhuang Industrial Park (Ketai LeXun project) has completed the main structure and is expected to open by the end of June.

The Beijing North Investment Yizhuang Industrial Park (Ketai LeXun project) is a key project in Beijing's major engineering plan this year. It is also the first park in Beijing E-Town to focus on the development of integrated circuits and equipment. In addition, the construction of Phase IV is expected to start within this year.

The project covers an area of 77,661.7 square meters with a total construction area of 257,608.27 square meters and a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan ($187.73 million). It is divided into four phases of development and construction, and the land use is industrial.

"Phases I and II of our project have been completed and put into use. After the completion of Phase IV, we will focus on introducing biopharmaceutical and integrated circuit enterprises. At present, six enterprises have been approved or are about to sign in for cooperation by the operating business cooperation bureau. This includes integrated circuit and biotechnology companies", said the head of Beijing North Investment Yizhuang Industrial Park.
