A signing ceremony between the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) Administrative Committee and Xiaomi Technology was held on Nov 27. 

With the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two sides, Xiaomi Motors will officially settle in the BDA.

The Xiaomi Automobile Project will include the Xiaomi Automobile Headquarters Base, Sales Headquarters, and R&D Headquarters. 

A vehicle plant with an annual output of 300,000 vehicles will be built in two phases. It will go online and realize mass production in 2024.

Xiaomi Technology is an outstanding representative of China's information and smart manufacturing industries. The BDA is the main platform for the construction of the international science and technology innovation center, and the main front for high-tech industries.
